MCCNY CHARITIES

MCCNY Charities is a comprehensive social service provider, working within and beyond the LGBTQI community. An independent 501(c)(3) organization, MCCNY Charities furthers the mission of MCCNY to bring the world to right and just relationship. All services are provided at 446 West 36th Street, unless otherwise noted.

Open 365 days a year, MCCNY Homeless Youth Services has helps thousands of LGBTQI runaway and homeless youth aged 18-24 to continue their work towards stability by providing them with crisis shelter, case management, social work, psychiatric, health care and job training services. The MCCNY Homeless Youth Services Mental Health Services Program is a critical resource for LGBTQI runaway and homeless youth who have experienced trauma or mental illness.

The Sylvia Rivera Food Pantry meets the nutritional needs of a diverse group of low-income, working poor and HIV+ individuals and families in an environment of respect and confidentiality.

Client-Choice Pantry Distribution (open to all): Thursday 9am-10am. Snack Bag Distribution (open to all): Tuesday-Friday 2pm-3pm. PLWHA Pantry (M11Q required): Tuesday-Friday 2pm-3pm.

Community Dinner (open to all): final Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm.
