Q Clinic is a free clinic that operates out of Metropolitan Community Church of New York at 446 W 36th Street. We welcome all patients, especially those who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and/or part of the queer community.

Q Clinic is held on Wednesday evenings and accepts walk-in and appointment patients from 7pm-8:30pm. No ID is necessary to be seen.

Q Clinic provides free primary care for members of the LGBTQI community, especially those who are under-served, under-insured, or resource-and housing-insecure. We are a student-run free clinic established in October 2015 by medical students and faculty at Columbia University.

Q Clinic offers tools for health management, and provides free STI/HIV lab screenings, subsidized medications, PrEP, and flu shots.

Q Clinic is concerned about the lack of comprehensive primary care that can fulfill the unique and diverse needs of people who identify as LGBTQI. We are committed to respectfully serving lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and gender non-conforming communities in New York City.

No ID or insurance is required to receive care at Q Clinic.

All care is confidential.

Q Clinic is located at:

446 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor,
New York, NY 10018
